Microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator, wetbar, iron/board, high speed internet and full cable television are offered in all suites. Expanded continental breakfast, 24 hour guest pantry and business center, guest laundry facilities, exercise facility, outdoor pool and airport shuttle are also offered.

The hotel opened in September of 2003.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer overnight and long term accommodations.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer the cleanest accommodations in the area. We ranked 7th out of over 600 La Quinta properties nationwide in 2008 in our guests satisfaction with our property.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have just the one locally owned location, but there are over 600 La Quinta properties North America Wide.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From I65 take exit 130 (Grade Lane/Preston Hwy). Continue to Preston Highway and turn left. We are four blocks on he left. From I264 westbound take the ramp towards I65 North and just before you get on I65 there will be an exit ramp for Preston Highway. Turn Left and we are immediately on the left. From I264 eastbound take the I65 south exit and follow the directions above.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash (with proof of identity), Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Which areas do you service?
We service mainly the airport area of Louisville. However, we have guests that stay with us that work much further south on Preston Highway.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The owner of the company is Gene Harrington.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 24 hours a day.
