How long have you been in business?
We've been in business since 1984, and we moved to Louisville in 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
We help people understand themselves better and provide a framework for them to use to understand others better. This is a straight forward framework for greater emotional intelligence, and it can also be applied to daily activities such as problem-solving, setting performance objectives, and giving and receiving performance feedback.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in this work when I was responsible for the leadership assessment and development program at Ft Leavenworth, KS. I've taken what really helped junior officers become better leaders and refined it to make it much more effective.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We want people to know more than just the theory. We want them to be able to apply the theory effectively, and we provide them with tools to make it easy for them to be effective.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location, but through our internet discussions we provide services to people around the world.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept almost all major credit cards, cash and checks.
Which areas do you service?
we provide services worldwide.
