What is your primary product or service?
LouieBiz offers a variety of valuable resources for businesses in the Louisville, Kentucky area. One of our main products, however, is the Web Presence Package. LouieBiz Web Presence Packages are available with multiple formats and options that allow businesses to move into the information age and establish an internet presence for as little as $20. That low price includes designing the web presence site, hosting it on our servers, providing a sub-domain name, a QR code for quick mobile access and more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Having been employed by several small businesses and now being a small business owner myself, I recognize many of the issues that face such enterprises. Currently, despite the massive numbers of people who are searching online for businesses, nearly three quarters of Kentucky small businesses do not have a website. Given current economic conditions, I would hate to think that any local small business would be missing out on potential customers because of something that can be remedied so easily. I created LouieBiz to help fill that need.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The main thing that sets LouieBiz apart is the affordability of our products and services and the ease with which businesses can take advantage of them. Many businesses may neglect establishing an online presence because of high design, hosting and domain registration costs or the hassle of remember to renew each when the time comes. Some businesses may use so-called "free" email services simply because they're free, even though it might not look very professional. These and other problems can be easily and affordably with help from LouieBiz.
What type of payments do you accept?
At this time, we accept cash and check as well as PayPal transfers and credit card payments via PayPal.
Which areas do you service?
We are a local business who serves other local businesses. LouieBiz website design, hosting and sub-domain services are available throughout the Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana (Kentuckiana) area. Many of the online resources linked to from the LouieBiz website, as well as other services such as QR Code generation, are useful for businesses throughout the Commonwealth and across the country.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
LouieBiz is a branch of Louisville-based IT service provider Walker Consulting Solutions, which performs the web work for LouieBiz as well as offering expanded services for customers who are looking to meet a wider range of technology needs.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The greatest compliment that a customer could give us is that LouieBiz helped their Louisville area business grow and expand into the information age while being easy on their budget. We also love to hear from website visitors about how they were able to find and connect with a local business because of our products.
