What is your primary product or service?
Seamless gutters, leaf protection, and debris cleanout.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Contracting through a national leaf protection company installing leaf protection and gutters. I've been in home remodeling for 10+ years and just enjoy the aspects of working outside and providing a great service to customers that they will appreciate and recommend.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The main attribute that separates my business with others is my customer interactions and the way I treat every customer. I aim to take every job no matter how big or how small all the same. I will treat each customers home as if I am working on my own home.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
As of now we only have one location, but in our 5 year plan would like to branch out.

What type of payments do you accept?
Right now checks and cash, but in the near future will accept card payments. Financing is something else we are looking into.
Which areas do you service?
Southern Indiana and Louisville area. Pretty much a 2 1/2 hour radius of Louisville.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Travis Reed owns the company and runs daily operations. Two stepsons work with the company, so it is a family business.
What are your hours of operation?
Open for phone calls anytime. Normal work hours are Monday-Saturday 7:00am-7:00pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Telling me it had been a long time since having a contractor do work for them that was not only easy to work with, but did an outstanding job as well.
