transforming communities among the unreached by planting biblical churches
Team Expansion was founded in 1978 through the dreams and prayers of college students on the campus of Kentucky Christian University.
God has used Team Expansion and its missionaries to accomplish one miracle after another. From Caracas to Kherson, Bogotá to Bosnia, the Lord has blessed our efforts. Today, with the help of thousands of individual and church partners, Team Expansion has more than 350 full-time adults creatively serving Christ in projects scattered across nearly 50 countries, most of which have been new fields for the Christian Churches. These hard-working missionaries have, by God's provision, led some 10,000 people to the Lord and, in pursuit of our ultimate end goal, established hundreds of new churches.
We have embarked upon a journey to which we believe God has called Team Expansion. Our vision is that we will be able to find partners to help us reach further than ever before. There exists a tremendous need. More than 2 billion individuals form roughly 7000 unreached people groups that have yet to hear of Jesus. In view of this incredible need, we are burdened with a hunger to reach as many as possible. In matters of eternal significance, complacency simply is not an option.
