Louisville's solution to the homeless and addicted with an award winning recovery program.
The Healing Place has served Metro Louisville and surrounding areas for 20 years as a compassionate shelter for the homeless and an innovative recovery program for the addicted. With a long-term recovery program for homeless alcoholics and addicts and their children, it serves 450+ men and women a day on two campuses.
The Healing Place seeks to end homelessness and reunite families through addiction recovery and continuing care for its clients. This holistic approach breaks the cycle of addiction, through unique parenting and child development programs to address the entire family system.
